It starts with a simple questionnaire. Fill out the form on our Plan My Trip page detailing your destinations, dates, and paces. I will review your input and follow up with any clarifying questions, then build and send your draft itinerary within [X business days — needs founder input, suggested: 3-5 days].
What exactly do I get?
You receive a comprehensive slow-travel package: a day-by-day customized route, a curated selection of off-the-beaten-path dining and experiences, a bespoke packing checklist, and an interactive digital route map. We focus on planning the experience, leaving you in control of bookings.
Do you book flights or hotels for me?
No. KB Travel is a planning and curation service, not a travel agency. We design the map, schedule, and recommendations, and you handle the actual reservations. This keeps you in direct control of your pricing, frequent flyer miles, and cancellation terms.

Why not just use ChatGPT or another AI tool?
AI is a great starting point for raw brainstorming, but it lacks verified judgment. Chatbots train on the most heavily repeated tourist checklists online (sending everyone to the same crowded spots) and frequently include inaccuracies like closed venues or impossible walking times. What if I don't like the itinerary?
Every plan is a collaboration. Depending on your tier, we include dedicated revision cycles to perfect the plan. The Weekend Escape includes 1 revision cycle; the One Week Journey includes 2 cycles; and the Extended Nomad package offers unlimited revisions for a full 14 days after delivery.

How far in advance should I book?

Absolutely! The destination guides page is designed for inspiration and to show our travel style. We plan custom travel for any destination in the world, tailored specifically to your speed and interests.

How does payment work?
KB Travel currently operates on a simulated payment structure during our initial launch phase. You can complete the full checkout flow on our Plan My Trip page for free. The transaction is completely mocked to demonstrate the order confirmation and email system, with no actual card details collected or charges made.
Do you offer refunds?
